At the present time we have 5 CNC machines.

Daewoo Puma 240MB (2005)

A 3-axis lathe with live tooling and 12" automatic bar feed. This lathe has 10" chucking capacity with a 3" spindle bore diameter.

Daewoo Puma 240 MC (2004)

A 3-axis lathe with live tooling and 12" automatic bar feed. This lathe has 8" chucking capacity with a 2.5" spindle bore.

Daewoo DMV 500

Automatic CNC Saw (2005)

A 3-axis vertical milling center with 20" travel on the Y & Z - axis and 40" travel on the X -axis.

Optical Comparater

A fully automatic horizontal band saw with 60* mitering capability and a cutting capacity up to 10". This saw is programmable to cut various lengths from a single bar and will hold + or -.005" accuracy.

Daewoo 400 DVC (2004)

This is our latest addition. It is a rotary type pallet changing vertical mill. This machine has 22" of travel on the X-axis, 15" on the Y-axis and 22" on the Z-axis.
